Chip’s Restaurant has been a landmark in Orange Connecticut for many years and has recently expanding to Fairfield CT. Famous for its perfect pancakes, it also has a creative lunch and dinner menu and guests are welcome to BYOB. George Chatzopoulos (Georgie) immigrated to the United States from Greece in 1987 and worked in the restaurant business for many years. Since Georgie took over Chip’s in 2003, he has extended the menu to give customers healthier choices by adding fresh local produce and whole grain items in to the menu.

What originated in Greenwich in 2003 has expanded to five locations in Fairfield County. Gofer offers variety (hand-dipped hard serve, premium and fat free soft serve, Italian ice, smoothies, ice coffees, cakes, etc) and quality in a clean and inviting parlor atmosphere.
